Delivery & Returns

All items on the website are made to order in an effort to produce more sustainably and to help reduce waste. Therefore we are unable to accept returns on any items unless they are faulty. If you are unsure on sizing or have any questions before purchasing please contact our customer service team on: events@phillipsuk.com

Delivery can take 7-10 working days unless you have ordered class merchandise or rugs.

We do not refund original postage charge.

Personalised Items:

Unfortunately we are unable to accept returns on any personalised/specially ordered items (including products designed on configurators). Please ensure you have the correct style/size at the time of ordering as these will not be able to be changed once ordered. If you have any questions or queries regarding any items or sizing please contact us we’re happy to help!

Faulty items:

If you believe an item is faulty, please contact the Customer Service Team on events@phillipsuk.com

Wrong items:

In the unlikely event that the item you received is not what you originally ordered please contact Customer Services as soon as possible and within 2 days of receipt, we will then advise on how to proceed with the return. We will cover postage costs for our error.

Items sent to international countries:

Items can be sent internationally however please note we are not liable for any customs/duty payments
